Trek from Sapa 3 days

Day 1 : Sapa / Ban Ho
Leave your hotel at 9 am for the village of Ban Ho, home to the Dao and Tay minorities. Upon arrival, you can settle in to the guesthouse where you will be spending the next three days. Lunch with your host and his family. In the afternoon, help out with household chores and, time allowing, go for a swim in the river Lave. Dine in the village and spend the time with the locals. Dinner is followed by an evening of traditional song and dance in the village hall. Overnight in the village (basic facilities). (Lunch, Din)

Day 2 : Ban Ho
After breakfast, we head out for a 6km walk to a nearby waterfall. Along the way, you will discover the local flora and stunning landscapes. Lunch upon arrival at the waterfall. There is also the possibility to bathe in the cool waters at the foot of the fall. Back in the village, there is a pre-arranged visit to a school for a chance to see how English is taught to ethnic children, and it goes without saying that the children will jump at the opportunity to show off their language skills! Dinner and overnight in the village. (B’fast, lunch, Din)

Day 3 : Ban Ho / Sapa
After breakfast, discover the surroundings of the village. Later on, to forever mark your visit, plant a ‘souvenir’ tree. After the farewells, we make our way through the peaceful rice paddies to the main road, where a vehicle will be waiting to take us back to Sapa. (B’fast, Lunch)
